Fish On! 7-8-25 Sooner today produced! We had some luck on some nice hybrid striper and found a pile of good saugeye! 40ft of water on hybrids and 30ft on saugeye worked best. Water temps were 82/3. Thanks for all the calls and messages I’m pretty far out on the books. But glad to book 29th or 31th. One of the local guides have some evening options. lotta options in August.

Fish On! July 6, 25 book anytime at fishonok.com/book-trip hybrid Striper fishing is still great at SKIATOOK. I’ve got some options this week last time I checked to get on the water. I’ve also got the saugeye fishing going at sooner lake I’m booked up until I leave for vacation but I’ve got openings later this month and help over there if needed for evening options.
Big thanks today for Mike and Sheryl for bringing Frank out to check out the Fishing. It was a one stop shop again similar to Friday got out there and caught 30 hybrids and never moved we also had catfish today. About five of those sand bass and a perch not too many of those
Still Fishing 23 foot of water main Lake points and structure. Using live bait water temperature was up to about 83 when I looked at it and it don’t seem to matter at all fishing is just great! Using downlines and free lines. We caught them equally on both types. Nice box of fish again 🙂
Thanks Trent for taking Terry out on your boat today as well!

Fish On! Happy July 4, 2025! SKIATOOK Lake fished good today it was a one stop shop 23 foot of water. Water temperatures upper 70s low 80s.
We had to be a little patient but not too bad really we had a double at one time and picked away at them till we got up to 30 hybrid and a few sand bass and a couple catfish. Probably caught more on free lines today cast away from the boat than not and I was using live bait which is kind of the usual for me.
I’ve still got some openings this month. Doing good on walleye doing good on hybrid striper 🙂
Trent and Lance got them today I had 3 groups on the lake. Thanks everyonej!

Fish On! July 1st I hosted a trip at Sooner lake today. We showed up early on a beautiful morning to try some live bait for hybrid Striper and found them on sonar but they would move away from the boat pretty quick.
We gave that a little bit of time and then we switched over to saugeye and cost some really nice sized ones today up to 22 inch for that lake is impressive. We had plenty of keepers and sent home plenty of best eating fish around. I’m pretty good at catching them if anybody wants to try it let me know.
I think I already booked out days I had earlier in this month and then there’s more availability later in the month. Water temperature was 81 to 82° and we caught fish in 22 to 42 foot of water some of the larger ones came out of the deeper water. And we were trolling live worms.
Thanks Marc, Dan, Terry, and Scott for a successful trip and good times good memories catching fish. Great day!

FISH ON!!! (Dave Clark) we had a good day on Skiatook with Brenna and her grandson. Wasn’t sure how it was going to be when we started. Only caught four on our first stop and 2 on our second stop, but the third stop, was non stop action. The screen looked like a classic Hybrid school with lines going everywhere. We caught our limit plus another limit that got thrown back(left them biting). We were in 24fow. Water temp is 82degs. Caught them on freelines, downlines, with cut and whole bait.
