Fish On! 3-5-24 Excellent day on the water yesterday with my customers Mark and Marlin checking out Keystone Lake 8,10,11,12,15,16,17 are just a few of the next available days that includes some weekend openings. We started in 5ft of water and they ate us up boating 15 or more blues 1 to 6lbs, once that died off I started feeling around to find where they went and we ended up on some good size ones in 12ft of water, boating at least 3 overs up to 18lbs and a nice steady bite on 5 to 10lb eaters. We released the larger fish and had no problem pulling a 2 man limit. Water temp about 52. Very memorable and fun day. This is how its been for 2 weeks now and I'm not complaining a bit! Book anytime at fishonok.com or give me a ring or a ding Caught a couple stripers as well so that means there in that area, not sure I'll get after them or not but theyre around. Trolling or fishing some live bait could produce stripers these hit catfish rigs and cut bait so I'd say they were hungry.
Fish On! Book anytime at fishonok.com, Big thanks to Alex David and Ruben for choosing Fish On Guide Service, We started off in 40ft of water and caught a fish soon as second bait hit bottom, I was thinking right then I hope its not one of them days we catch a fish on the first drop and then nothing. Sure enough we sat there and never got a bite. I had to do a little searching, we caught 2 to 4 fish each stop some real nice ones too up to 18lbs. We had 3 overs today. Morning was kind of a grind we even tried some controled drifts. I finally found what I was looking for on the last stop. Which was a continuous bite. They had moved downstream about a mile from where I was on them last week settled in about 44ft of water. Ended up catching 45 counting what we threw back. Water temp was 48
Fish On! Fishonok.com I had Jarred and his family aboard today for keystone catfish. It was another really productive day. I think it will stay that way a good long while so if you been waiting for keystone lake give me a shout! We fished 36 to 44ft of water today with the deeper water being best. I seen water temps anywhere from 47 to 52. Weather is perfect for being outdoors. Thanks everyone that helps support my business and my family! Our big catfish today was 22lbs and we had 3 or more over 30" and a 3 man limit on smaller blues up to 10lbs.
Fish On! Book anytime at fishonok.com or give me a shout. I had Robert and his family out on Keystone today. Thanks for choosing my service and treating me like family! We fished 44 ft of water and it was a one stop shop pretty much, we picked up 4 on the first stop and topped off the fish box on the second. Fishing 44ft of water on anchor casting cut bait away from boat. They're set on 9 gallons of fillets. Beautiful weather and fish are biting good. If your kicking around idea of getting on some catfish, I'd recommend doing it soon. We had multiple overs today including a reel nice 32lb blue. Done a couple personal bests this week for customers. Along with plenty of good eating size. Been real nice. Water temp still about 47degrees.
