Fish On! fishonok.com, 7-11-24 Fishing Oologah today. Thanks Steve and Sharon for booking with me! We set out with intentions of doing about half the trip with sand bass and striper, and half the trip with crappie. The sand bass really didn’t want to bite. Yesterday they went to ground and not moving much. Today they were in balls moving about 2 to 3mph and not staying put and wouldn’t hit a live bait or artificial to save my life. The Crappie were biting OK so we just stuck to that till we ran out of bait. Most of the fish were caught in 12 foot of water today. On brush piles and minnows. My prediction is that the Fishing will only get more predictable and better the next 60 days. It’s good enough right now. Cleaned 48 crappie a big flathead and a blue.

Fish On! 7-10-24 book anytime at fishonok.com Thanks James for fishing with me today! I headed out to Oologah today to scout for sandbass and hybrid and we found them on 4 stops. This will stay this way all summer it is load of fun to hook them up on artificial baits. The Crappie are also biting over there good enough to do a combo trip and I’ll eventually get to check for some blue cats as well. For now I’m doing the blue cats and sandbass at keystone. The fishing on oologah was best in 9 foot of water but we caught them all the way out to 23 foot as well. The Crappie I’ve caught are a little on the small size but there’s some good ones in there. So I’ll do crappie, sandbass, hybrid striper at Oologah. July 22 thru 25 and 29th thru 31s is still open this month. Water temps 87/90

Fish On! Keystone again today, 7-6-24 thanks Mark! Fishonok.com for booking or call me 10, 11, 12 are open days next week then the 23rd and 24th. Fish have been very predictable on location. I got to meet Josh and Jaden today. These guys are some pro anglers. I did a combo trip again we gave the blue cat a couple of hours then we gave the sndbass a a couple hours and it’s been working out good that way. The bite was not perfect on either species but it was a little better than yesterday on the blues anyhow about the same on the Sandbass. 15 blues up to 11 lbs. 30 sandbass. We’re just getting reaction strikes on flash moving targets bouncing off bottom. Forward facing and side image sonar to keep us on fish. Fishing some humps away from the bank for Sandbass, and fishing some muddy flats for blues and both species were caught in 10 to 6 foot of water. Water temperature pushing about 90. Everybody stay safe out there a lot of business at the lake right now.

Fish On! 7-5-24 Keystone again today. We took off to check out some blue cat and they were biting. It was not fast and the fish were below 2lbs. It wasn’t exactly what I was looking for I guess due to cold front. We took off for some sand bass and that worked a lot better. Water temp about 87° on the water temp. Fishing 5 foot was best for blues and 8 to 10 feet for the Sandbass. Boxed and cleaned 12 catfish and 26 white bass caught on cut bait and artificial lures. Thanks Lisa, Robert, Brian and Rhonda. We made decent time and perfect amount of fish.

Fish On! 7-4-24 happy 4th of July. Checking keystone on artificial baits today and caught fish on every stop. Really found a massive school loaded with white bass, striper, and channel catfish. Massive blowups on and on and they accepted my boat we had to cast way out but it was fish on every cast. Kept enough for 2 meals and intend to get customers on some action. Whenever yall call me! Keystone is fishing really well and it will stay this way all summer so let’s go!
