Fishing POC last couple days. Redfish aren’t here but I got a line on some stuff much larger than Oklahoma can provide. Much stronger. Personal best shark about 8ft...And one ray big as a truck hood. Others that fought plenty good including a jaw dropping tarpon that would have weighed plenty. We will never know. We caught big fish every outing

Keystone lake today. I didn’t think the catfish bite could get any better than yesterday but it did today. We got catfish on every stop and even a triple going at one point. The last stop got the trophy class 35-40lb blue cat she broke the scales. Real nice fish i’ve been waiting on that one to come. cleaned 32 others for dinner and still managed to catch 34 sandbass a few small striper. Got those on a variety of artificial baits they really turned on for some umbrella rigs towards the end. Thanks Gary for bringing your friends out and using my guiding service! Fishing is great here on keystone.

Keystone lake was amazing today. Anywhere i stopped big catfish was coming on. Went on to sandbass after that and they was hitting every cast along with small striper. Just a day that’s good as it can get. Warm front and falling barometer i reckon. Thanks, Steve and Jerry for organizing the party and being good repeat customers!!

Oologah lake south end today. My customers wanted to check out crappie, sandbass, and blue cats. We started off with the Crappie and it was a decent bite once again one major school lended most of the fish but we caught keepers at 4 other locations as well some in numbers. Took off in rough water to look for blues which really limited my traveling distance we fished flats creeks and wind blown banks. Had bait stealing size at most all of the locations. Showed them where to target schools of white bass but waves was pretty bad. Once again further north i went seemed better i’ve got a feeling for catfish may need to be way on up the lake. Cleaned 44. Thanks Mike for using my service again. Water temp is 78 and much cooler crappie was good at 14 to 18ft

Today the bite was on fire compared to yesterday. we showed up about noon to do a little scouting and catch some large shad. The white bass was real good we was getting them almost every cast they would push out about 50 feet from the boat and just sit out there waiting on it. I decided to run up the Cimmaron side and the catfish was real good over there about the same as the Arkansas side. They was getting it on in 22 foot of water as well as 15 foot. Casting spreads and drifting was both very productive and I’ve been getting bigger catfish on the drifts when they want to chase bait.. I think we had a falling barometer this afternoon it was definitely better than yesterday.
