I had the pleasure of guiding Brian and Alan into some of the best sandbass fishing I guess I’ve ever seen. At least till the next trip I didn’t see a whole lot of spoonbill stacked up on my way in but I started marking Sandbass in several areas we decided to try that. The first stop was a little slow so I gave it five minutes we moved to another spot and they swarmed us nonstop action for couple hours till we had our chest of fish! Large females a plenty. Two nice hybrids. Nice powerful fish. Artificial and live bait. Left them biting. I would highly recommend trying it. Especially for the kiddos.
