Fish On! October 3, 2025. OOLOGAH. Open dates this month are: 21,23,24,26,28,29,30,31 second and third boat options have a lot more openings and weekends available. I headed out with some new friends and one of my favorite pastors on the trip today. We decided to check for hybrid Striper first and got the bait on the hook dropped and rod bent over immediately and started racking up some nice 6 and 7 pound hybrid stripers which is typical size. After that died off we played around with some artificial lures for a while caught some more hybrid and sand bass. Then moved on to CRAPPIE. Which was a pretty rough go. We racked up 15 of those on the second half of the trip and kind of cut it off early to get to some afternoon appointments. Crappie was nice size. Thank you Ed good to see you Deron!
