FISH ON!!! Today started out like a ball of fire and then slowed down to just steady. I got to fish today with a former co-worker and friend and we all had a good time. It was a beautiful morning just to be on the water, and the catching fish made it even better. We looked over a few spots before we found one we liked and the bite was on pretty good for about the two hour's. Then it slowed down pretty good and we tried a few more spots till we found one with some active feeders, and the bite was on again. We ended the morning with 30 fish. The biggest Hybrid was right at 7 lbs. Most were 3 to 4 lbs with a couple more 5's. We were in 25 to 30 ft of water and we caught them on cut bait with just a split shot and also caught them on downlines. Water temp. is 83deg's.
